Assessment​

At Caring Hands, we are careful in determining the individual needs of every Consumer. As part of our assessments, we formulate a health care plan and a PCP plan based on the Consumer's specialized needs. 

 

Medical Administration

We have trained and certified staff administers medication around-the-clock as prescribed by the Consumer's physician orders.

Personal Care Services

At Caring Hands, we adhere to every Consumer's Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) as required by the State of Michigan. We take great care in following the IPOS from assisting with personal hygiene to retail shopping and providing home-cooked meals.

Leisure and Entertainment Activities​

​Caring Hands Consumers enjoy a number of fun and traditional family-oriented leisure and entertainment activities including outdoor barbecues, trips to amusement parks, holiday parties, dinner outings and unique activities like a talent show.
